Processing orders-
 

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, as a small business this can sometimes take up to
3 working days.

£2.99 up to 1kg - 48 hour tracked
£4.99 upto 10kg- 28 hour tracked 
£10.99 upto 20kg- 48 hour tracked

international shipping
Europe- £8.99
USA/Canada- £12.99

we aim to have your order shipped out within 3 working days, how ever as a small business, this may some times be slightly longer. Custom made orders can take upto 2 weeks to be shipped (depending on item complexity, stock and amount of orders, however any delays will be communicated promptly), we do aim to ship asap. we ship using royal mail 48 hour tracked. You will recieve tracking info from royal mail as soon as your item is shipped, as well as a notification from us informing you that your item is on the way!

Order amendments-
 

We are more than happy to make any amendments to your order, where possible! Pre made items can be customised on request, custom specifications can be changed, (as long as its not to late in the making process). Please inform us of any changes asap- once items have been made / shipped, amendments can not be made.
*Please note, changes made to orders may change the price.
 

Returns
 

Returns policy-
 

We only accept returns on faulty/ damaged items- any items being returned due to personal reasons, (wrong sizing, not to personal taste, etc), will be accepted for an exchange/ store credit.

Personalised/ custom made items can not be returned or exchanged, unless there is damage or fault, in which case store credit will be issued upon return of original item, no refund.

Items can only be returned / exchanged if item is in the same condition and packaging as it arrived in- we quality check and record all items prior to shipment.
 

You will have 30 days from the date your parcel arrives with you to request a refund / exchange.
to start a return please email dolls@herbrandhq.uk with pictures of the item, reasons for return and exchange/ refund request.
*PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS WILL BE SELF FUNDED!
