Made to order items-
Custom items typically take 1-2 weeks to make, if there is likely to be any delays with your oder, you will be notified as soon as possible.
You may request changes after ordering- if we haven't passed that point in the process, we will happily adjust where possible.
Once production of product is too far along, changes are no longer possible (sad but true).
Shipping Policy-

We ship to the UK and internationally- prices vary.
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, times may vary
We ship using Royal Mail 48 Tracked, items will be shipped promptly

Returns and exchange Policy-

You get 30 days from the date your HerBrand parcel arrives to request a return or exchange.
*please note we only accept return for refund on faulty/ damaged items.
any items being returned due to personal reasons, (such as sizing issues), will only be accepted for an exchange.
Made to order items can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.

Product care and use-
We want your pieces to last, please treat them with care-
Jewellery:
Do not sleep, shower or exercise in your piece... We use high quality materials but for best care for longevity, please avoid where possible.
Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and chemicals.
Handmade clothing and accessories:
Gentle hand wash and air dry only
NO TUMBLE DRYING
Damage caused by misuse, improper care or normal wear & tear is not the fault of HerBrand.

No copying, reproducing, or commercial use without permission.
